Your Personal DISCernment Inventory™ report will show you which of the four major personality types best represents you: D, I, S or C. But that's only the beginning.
Your report will also clarify how to identify and relate to each of the four types in others. Keep reading to learn more.
Your report will provide a list of the observable traits others most often see when interacting with you. Some of these may be a surprise to you, but you can be sure, your co-workers or significant others may not be surprised at all.
The 28 Representative Patterns
To some degree, every personality contains all four styles, even though some elements are high and others low. The particular ways in which the four factors combine and influence one another form 28 'representative' behavioral styles. This style reflects most clearly how others see you.
Each Representative Pattern identifies the following aspects:

- Potential for Growth
- Ideal Work Setting
Your report will teach you which of the 28 Representative Patterns best fits you, and provide details about the other 27 to help you better understand them.
How People (and You) See You
Your report won't just tell you the basics of your personality. It provides three graphs showing you your Projected, Private, and Public Concepts — allowing you to see your personality from three unique perspectives.The Projected Concept
The Projected Concept reflects how you think others want you to behave or how you want them to see you. This is the role people assume in order to achieve success.The Private Concept
This is your natural behavior, who you are deep down. This behavior is a product of heredity and early environment.The Public Concept
The third graph represents the net effect of the Private and Projected Concepts, and reflects most clearly how others really see you.
Over 150 Strengths and Weaknesses
Each report contains over 150 possible strengths and weaknesses most associated with each personality, and which of these most likely apply specifically to you.
Summary of Behavioral Styles
Your report will include information on how to identify and work with each of the different personality types.
Each report includes the following:

Relational and Task Compatibility Charts
Different personal style combinations present opportunities and potential for compatibility or for conflict. Your report will provide two charts presenting the general relational and task compatibilities of the four major personality types on a scale from Excellent to Poor. While the potential for conflict can be overcome with a clear understanding of each person's style, this chart provides a heads up teams will find useful.

Once you understand other styles and have seen how they work together, you can better learn to communicate with people of different temperaments. Your report will provide a list of details on what others are looking for when they communicate.
